How We Work

A clear path from conflict to clarity.

i.

Connect

Start with a confidential consultation. We listen, assess what's at stake, and recommend the right approach: joint mediation, individual support, or a phased plan.

ii.

Mediate

Structured sessions held virtually or in-person. Each conversation is intentional, balanced, and designed to surface what matters and what's negotiable.

iii.

Resolve

Document the agreement, plan the follow-through, and leave with clarity. Most matters resolve in 1–4 sessions, without lawyers, courtrooms, or escalation.

Common Questions

Mediation, demystified.

A few things people often want to know before their first consultation. If your question isn't here, send it through the contact form. We respond within one business day.

Ask Your Question
Mediation is a guided conversation. The mediator helps both parties reach their own agreement. Nothing is binding unless both sides choose to make it so. Arbitration is different: the arbitrator decides the outcome, and that decision typically binds both parties. Mediation keeps the decisions in your hands.
In Their Words

Trust, earned in the room.

Nicole was originally attending our event as a guest, but she quickly became a blessing. When my client and his business partner became involved in an escalating disagreement, Nicole stepped in with professionalism and skill. She guided both gentlemen through a productive discussion, successfully mediated their dispute, and even drafted an agreement that they signed on the spot. Her ability to respectfully redirect difficult conversations and help parties reach a cohesive agreement was truly impressive. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone seeking an effective and professional mediator.
